Dr. Davidson has taught workshops and guest lectured locally, nationally, and abroad, and she has trained therapists, medical residents, and graduate students on topics related to cognitive-behavioral case formulation and treatments for specific disorders. With her colleagues, Dr. Persons and Dr. Tompkins, she published a videotape series used for training clinicians to conduct cognitive-behavior therapy for depression and a book, The Essential Components of Cognitive-Behavior Therapy for Depression (American Psychological Association, 2001). She has co-authored chapters on case formulation, and she spearheaded the development of the Functioning and Satisfaction Inventory (FSI), a measure for use in outpatient clinical practice. One of Dr. Davidson's current interests is guiding clinicians in developing individualized formulations, blending elements from empirically-supported treatments, and using creativity when implementing treatment plans. 510.652.4455 ext. 11 |
